Facts on this page: Times tables 2 to 12 (25 questions), Division facts (25 questions). Every sitting is a new set with the same mix of easier and harder facts.
At the end you see how many you got right and the facts to practise again, and you can practise just those. Sittings in this tab are shown in order; the first one is a warm-up and is not counted.
Your answers stay on this page while it is open and are never sent or stored; reloading the page clears them. Our self-hosted counter records the visit and that a set was started and finished, with no answer and no score.
Timed mode asks 25 multiplication facts from the 2 to 12 tables, with 6 seconds to answer each and a 3-second pause before the next. Untimed mode asks the same kind of set with no clock, and Sprint asks as many as you can answer in 2 minutes.
No. This is not the official check. It uses the same 25-question, 6-second format as England's Year 4 multiplication tables check, so you can get used to the rhythm, but it is not connected with that check and its results mean nothing for it.
The question is marked too slow, the page says “Time's up for this one”, and the next question comes after the short pause. At the end, a fact you ran out of time on is listed with the ones to practise again.
No. Every sitting draws a new set with the same mix of easy, middle and hard facts, and it never asks 7 × 8 and 8 × 7 in the same set. So two sittings can be compared fairly, and remembering the last set does not help.

Yes, for free and with no pupil accounts: pupils join with a class code, a seat number and a PIN, and you see which facts the class missed on a grid of the 2 to 12 tables. Names stay on your own device.
Practice with the number facts, made for this site. It does not grade anyone, it shows no age or level, and it compares a set only with your own earlier sets of the same kind.
