What it is for

Practice and development: a group working on structured reasoning, a course, a study group, a team that wants a shared baseline. You choose a reasoning form, invite people by link, and see each person’s score and their share correct in each skill family — matrices, series, syllogisms, ordering and the rest.

What it is not

Not a hiring, promotion or performance tool. These are original practice items with published rules, not a validated selection instrument; the scores have no norms and no adverse-impact study behind them. The workspace produces no pass or fail, no ranking of people and no recommendation, and it offers only the reasoning forms — never the attention, mood, anxiety, autism or personality tests, which stay individual. Using results to decide about a person is against the terms. In the EU, systems used for recruitment or to evaluate workers are high-risk under the AI Act, and in New York City automated employment decision tools need a bias audit; this workspace is built not to be one.

How the people you invite are treated

• They open the invitation page and see your team’s name, what you will see and what you will not, before they start.
• They see their own result first, with every answer and rule, and can withdraw it at any time.
• Each person gets their own paper of the same composition, so results are comparable and answers cannot be shared.
• We do not send email: you copy each link and send it yourself.
