Privacy

What stays in page memory and what advertising and measurement can receive.

MyTestAtlas operates this assessment catalogue and is responsible for the limited site data described here. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@mytestatlas.com.

Assessment answers and results

Answers and results stay in JavaScript memory for the current page. They are not written to localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, cookies, URLs, logs, support email, analytics, or advertising attributes. Reloading or closing the page erases them.

Cookieless audience measurement

On every route except the Adult ADHD Self-Check, MyTestAtlas loads a self-hosted counter from analytics.pagefabrica.com. It receives the page address, page title, referrer, browser language and screen size. The service may use the request IP address and user agent to form an anonymous session hash and coarse device or location statistics; it does not store the IP address, set an analytics cookie or create a browser identifier.

The only property-free product event names the site can send are catalog_category_opened, method_opened, related_test_opened, share_requested, test_completed, test_section_completed, test_started. They never contain a test answer, score, result, inferred trait or condition, response time, category, test identifier or personal field.

We use this limited measurement under our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the catalogue. The counter honours Do Not Track; enable it in your browser or contact support to object. Aggregate Umami records currently have no fixed automatic expiry and cannot ordinarily be linked back to a named visitor.

Advertising and consent

Contextual advertising is approved for this release but provider serving is not active. This build reserves below-the-fold placements and ships a local lazy loader, but every ad unit identifier is empty, so it makes no Google advertising-library or ad request. After Google approves the site, a new exact-byte release may wire the provider units. Google and its advertising partners may then use cookies or local storage, device and browser information, IP-derived location and ad interaction data to select, secure and measure ads. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google’s certified TCF v2.3 consent platform presents the required choices before advertising purposes that require consent. Refusal is as easy as acceptance, and the Google privacy control lets a visitor revisit the choice. Where applicable US state law treats advertising data use as a sale or sharing, that same privacy surface or a request to support provides the opt-out route. MyTestAtlas does not send assessment answers, scores, result labels or inferred traits to Google for advertising or targeting.

Sensitive route

The Adult ADHD Self-Check loads no analytics or advertising request at any state and remains advertising-free.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask what information is available, object to processing, request deletion or correction, withdraw advertising consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Email support with the subject “Privacy request” and do not include assessment answers, results or health information. Because answers never leave the page and cookieless analytics has no account identifier, we may have no record that can be linked to you.
