Adult self-checks, not a diagnosis

Adult ADHD self-checks that name patterns, not verdicts

Five original adult self-checks for attention drift, restlessness, impulsivity, executive function, and time blindness. No cut-off, no diagnosis, no advertising.

What these tests can and cannot tell you

An ADHD test on this site is a set of original everyday-situation statements that shows which patterns you marked most often. It cannot tell you whether you have ADHD: only a clinician who takes a history, looks at impairment across settings and rules out sleep, mood, thyroid and other explanations can do that. Use the result to describe concrete situations if you seek that evaluation.

How to use these results

Look for a pattern worth testing in real life. Do not use a result to diagnose yourself, prove intelligence, or make a hiring decision. Each route links its source and scoring method.
