Free, Pro and Research plans for the MyTestAtlas item API. Pro is free during the beta: no charge, no card. The tests themselves are free for everyone.
Every test on this site is free and will stay free. Pricing is for the item API: reasoning and logic items generated from a seed, with the rule that makes each one correct, for evaluations, practice apps and research. It works without a key at a taste; a plan is what raises the limits.

What the tiers share
The same items, the same response shapes, the same X-RateLimit-* and X-Quota-* headers, the same CC0 licence on everything generated. A plan changes two numbers: requests a minute and items a month. The cost of a call is the number of items it produces or marks.
Questions people ask before clicking
Why show a price if it is free?
Because we want to know whether this is worth building further, and a button that says Start Pro beside a price answers that in a way a survey never does. Pressing it costs you nothing and tells us something.
What happens when the beta ends?
We email everyone on Pro before anything changes, and nobody is charged without agreeing to a price first. There is no card on file to charge, so this is not a promise you have to take on trust.
Can I use the API without an account?
Yes: 2 requests a minute and 60 items a day per address, no key. That is enough to try every family and to run the mytestatlas-mcp server in an assistant.
What do you store?
Per key, a count of items this minute and this month. Per anonymous caller, a count under a one-way hash of the address that expires within two days. Never the items you generated, and never a key in readable form. Section 4 of the privacy policy is the binding version.
I need more than Pro
Say how many items a month and what you are measuring, from your account page or by emailing support@mytestatlas.com. Research quotas are agreed by hand and invoiced, not charged to a card.
