Mood self-checks, not a diagnosis

Mood self-checks that name stretches, not verdicts

One original adult self-check for high and low stretches, and one guide to what a bipolar assessment involves. No cut-off, no diagnosis, no advertising in this category.

What these tests can and cannot tell you

A mood self-check on this site is a set of original everyday-situation statements. It reports four patterns separately: high-energy stretches, low-energy stretches, the shifts between them, and what those stretches cost. It cannot tell you whether you have bipolar disorder. Only a clinician who takes a history over years, asks how long each stretch lasted, and rules out sleep, thyroid function, substances, medication, anxiety and life circumstances can diagnose that. Use the result to describe concrete situations if you seek that evaluation. If you feel unsafe, use the crisis numbers below before you take any test.

How to use these results

Look for a pattern worth testing in real life. Do not use a result to diagnose yourself, prove intelligence, or make a hiring decision. Each route links its source and scoring method.
